What is Spunbond?
Spunlaid, also called spunbond, nonwovens are made in one continuous process. Fibers are spun and then directly dispersed into a web by deflectors or can be directed with air streams. This technique leads to faster belt speeds, and cheaper costs.

What is Spunlace?
Spunlace (Also called Hydroentanglement) is a bonding process for wet or dry fibrous webs made by either carding, airlaying or wet-laying, the resulting bonded fabric being a nonwoven. It uses fine, high pressure jets of water which penetrate the web, hit the conveyor belt (or “wire” as in papermaking conveyor) and bounce back causing the fibres to entangle.

What is Woven?
Woven fabric is any textile formed by weaving. Woven fabrics are often created on a loom, and made of many threads woven on a warp and a weft. Technically, a woven fabric is any fabric made by interlacing two or more threads at right angles to one another

What is TEXPUN or PET Spunbonded?
Texpun or Spunbonded PET is a high mechanical strength nonwoven fabric that is resistant to high temperatures, making it the ideal material for sectors such as automobile, advertising and printing, industrial uses, etc. In addition to its excellent properties, its great advantage is that it can undergo a number of treatments to stiffen it and become hydrophilic, hydrophobic, antibacterial, fluorescent, fire-retardant, etc., depending on the needs of the particular sector and client.

What is Polyester Fiber?
Spunlace non woven fabric used short staple fibers, the most popular is viscose ( 38mm*1.67dtex ) and polyester staple fibers(38mm*1.56dtex). Sometimes Polypropylene (PP) also used in spunlace production. Some other raw material, such as cotton, tencel, chitin etc. These fibers are more natural and they are from plant or animal, which is more expensive. That is all about spunlace meaning you want to know.

What is Surgical Mask?
Intended use and purpose: Fluid resistant and provides the wearer protection against large droplets, splashes, or sprays of bodily or other hazardous fluids. Protects the patient from the wearer's respiratory emissions. No Fit testing requirement so far. Does not provide the wearer with a reliable level of protection from inhaling smaller airborne particles and is not considered respiratory protection. Leakage occurs around the edge of the mask when user inhales.Disposable. Discard after each patient encounter.

What is N95 Respirator ?
Intended use and purpose: Evaluated, tested and approved by NIOSH as per the requirements in 42 CFR Part 84. Reduces wearer's exposure to particles including small particle aerosols and large droplets ( only non-oil aerosols ). It requires fit testing requirement before release and it also required each time the respirator is donned ( put on ). Filters out at least 95% of airborne particles including large and small particles. When properly fitted and donned, minimal leakage occurs around edges of the respirator when user inhales. Ideally should be discarded after each patient encounter and after aerosolgenerating procedures. It should also be discarded when it becomes damaged or deformed; no longer forms an effective seal to the face; becomes wet or visibly dirty; breathing becomes difficult; or if it becomes contaminated with blood, respiratory or nasal secretions, or other bodily fluids from patients.

N95 Masks vs Surgical Masks: Which Is Better at Preventing the Coronavirus??
Wearing a medical mask is one of the prevention measures to limit spread of certain respiratory diseases, including 2019- nCoV, in affected areas. However, the use of a mask alone is insufficient to provide the adequate level of protection and other equally relevant measures should be adopted
